The Underlying Principals Behind our Healthy Active Lifestyle Programme consists of 4 components:

  1. Community
  2. Education
  3. Exercise
  4. Nutrition

Our lifestyle focus is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. Clients following a program as prescribed for them will achieve and maintain their fitness goals
